What is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) was developed over a 30 year period by renowned, award winning British therapist Marisa Peer. This pioneering form of therapy has been influenced by a variety of methodologies including hypnosis, CBT, psychotherapy, psychology and neuro-linguistic programming. RTT is, though, a distinctive, ‘stand alone’, unique therapeutic approach. It works with the subconscious mind to deliver transformational results for people suffering from emotional, psychological and physical pain. RTT aims to deliver rapid, effective, extraordinary, results leading to permanent, lasting change.
By using hypnosis, which is simply very deep relaxation, RTT enables you to change perceptions and beliefs formed many years ago at the subconscious level. The conscious mind has been likened to the tip of an iceberg with the subconscious mind like the part of the iceberg which remains underneath the water. The subconscious mind is like a giant vault where everything we’ve ever learned or experienced is kept. It stores your beliefs, memories and life experiences – particularly past childhood experiences – which shape how we feel about and react to certain things in our adult lives. Scientists estimate that 95% of our thinking comes from the subconscious mind.
Our subconscious is designed to protect us, so it does what it knows has worked for us in the past, because it has no ability to think critically or to reason independently. It does not know right from wrong, truth from false or positive from negative. It simply obeys the commands it receives from your conscious mind. Our subconscious mind has tremendous power to bring radical transformation to our lives.

Our subconscious mind tries to create meaning around the events and experiences we encounter in life. The meaning and interpretation you attach to an event or scene is what will affect your future beliefs, behaviour and actions.
Sadly in our past we have often formed wrong beliefs, misinterpreted an event or come to the wrong conclusions and then we have continued with these negative, limiting beliefs throughout life into adulthood. Wrongly interpreting what we have experienced and then using that interpretation to form belief systems can become the root cause of many of our problems in adult life.

Traumatic memory can affect your brain, your body and your nervous system. The disempowering beliefs we hold as an adult and negative symptoms and behaviours we display are simply superficial expressions of deep inner pain. This inner pain and turmoil can affect your health, your relationships, your sexuality, your attitude toward yourself and others and most importantly …. your beliefs about fertility, pregnancy and birth.
During your RTT session I will carefully guide you back to look at possible causes for infertility or subconscious fears around pregnancy and birth.
Your subconscious mind will reveal the root cause of your difficulties. You may go back to scenes you remember or to scenes you buried long ago deep in your subconscious. You may gain understanding about something you instinctively ‘knew’ but could never quite recall or you may get clarity about an experience you have never been able to define. It is the interpretation that you attach to events that form your beliefs, which in turn become your experience, your story and then become your identity.

Your subconscious mind believes that the conscious mind is always right. So if you consciously believe that you can’t be, do or have something then you will always be right. Your subconscious mind will create the circumstances to prove to you that you are right.

BUT …………. The good news is that we can discover what limiting beliefs and emotional issues have been in control of your story and we can radically change the story you have been telling yourself.
I have a variety of techniques to release you from your limiting beliefs, negative emotions and unhelpful behaviours. You have built a story around your pain but I can help you to change your understanding, change your thoughts, change your story and change your life. Beliefs are powerful, beliefs can destroy but beliefs can also bring about radical transformation. I will help you to identify, crush, destroy and annihilate any limiting beliefs. Remember ‘Understanding is Power.’ To bring about radical change you must begin by transforming your thoughts.

Once we have identified the root cause of your issues I will then help you so that you can change the meaning attached to these events. You will then be released from past negative beliefs to discover a new found freedom. I will help you to change your mindset to believe that your wildest dreams can come true.
At the end of your session I will make you a beautiful, bespoke recording which you will need to listen to for at least 21 days. This recording will contain many of your own personal wants and desires. By engaging with it you will be able to rewire your brain, (it’s called neuroplasticity), change your mindset and transform your life.
